WASHINGTON — Mike Davis, Founder and President of Article III Project (A3P), issued the following statement after the Senate voted to confirm Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as President Donald Trump’s Secretary for Health and Human Services:

“President Trump campaigned on bringing bipartisan reforms to Washington, and he delivered with Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr. With a strong academic foundation in law and policy, his expertise is backed by a long career in health advocacy. As an attorney, professor, and nonprofit founder, he has dedicated his life to fighting for public health and environmental protection. His experience will be invaluable in helping President Trump shape policies that prioritize the health and well-being of real Americans in real America–instead of uniparty corporate interests in Washington.”

Two months since the announcement of his nomination, the Article III Project’s Action Center rallied over 33,000 actions—including emails, phone calls, and social media messages—from more than 6,800 constituents, telling their home-state senators to support Kennedy’s confirmation.

The Article III Project (A3P) was founded by veteran GOP operative and attorney Mike Davis, who, after helping win the Senate confirmation battles of Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh, developed the reputation as a “take-no-prisoners conservative eager to challenge the left with hardball tactics,” as reported in The New York Times.‍‍

A3P defends constitutionalist judges, punches back on radical assaults on judicial independence (like court-packing) and opposes judicial and other nominees who are outside of the mainstream. Davis previously served as Chief Counsel for Nominations to Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) on the United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary and led the Senate confirmation of Justice Brett Kavanaugh and a record number of circuit court judges.
