WASHINGTON — The Article III Project (A3P), with a mission to combat lawfare and advocate for the nomination and confirmation of constitutionalist judges to the federal bench, today adds to its talented team with the hires of Will Chamberlain and Josh Hammer as Senior Counsels.
Chamberlain and Hammer bring with them a wealth of legal expertise and a commitment to upholding the principles enshrined in the Constitution, along with experience working in counsel capacity under the Internet Accountability Project, a subsidiary of A3P. In their new positions, they will play instrumental roles in shaping A3P’s strategy–fighting against lawfare used by the left to silence conservatives and Americans like President Trump, and advocating for the confirmation of judges who will interpret the law faithfully and impartially.
"A3P is incredibly fortunate to have Josh Hammer and Will Chamberlain on our team. They both possess extensive legal knowledge and an unwavering dedication to defending the Constitution, making them valuable additions. As we continue our mission to combat lawfare, I am confident that Josh’s and Will's expertise will significantly strengthen our efforts. We look forward to their contributions and are excited to work together in our upcoming legal battles,” said Mike Davis, Founder and President of A3P.
"I am honored to take on a greater role with the Article III Project and contribute to its vital mission of fighting against lawfare and preserving the integrity of our judiciary,” said Will Chamberlain. “Now, more than ever, it is crucial to uphold the Constitution and ensure that our courts uphold the rule of law. I look forward to working alongside A3P's dedicated team to achieve these goals."
"I'm thrilled to increase my professional partnership with my good friend Mike Davis by joining the Article III Project as senior counsel. I'm proud to work alongside a team dedicated to protecting our constitutional order and stopping the Left's republic-endangering lawfare. As a former law clerk for the Hon. James C. Ho on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, I have witnessed first-hand how judges who respect the rule of law can transform entire federal courts. I look forward to helping A3P advance pro-Constitution judicial nominees in future presidential administrations,” said Josh Hammer.
Josh Hammer is a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School. Hammer is a syndicated columnist and host of "The Josh Hammer Show" and “America on Trial with Josh Hammer.”.
Will Chamberlain is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center. Chamberlain is the former editor-in-chief of Human Events.
The Article III Project (A3P) was founded by veteran GOP operative and attorney Mike Davis, who, after helping win the Senate confirmation battles of Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh, developed the reputation as a “take-no-prisoners conservative eager to challenge the left with hardball tactics,” as reported in The New York Times.
A3P defends constitutionalist judges, punches back on radical assaults on judicial independence (like court-packing) and opposes judicial and other nominees who are outside of the mainstream. Davis previously served as Chief Counsel for Nominations to Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) on the United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary and led the Senate confirmation of Justice Brett Kavanaugh and a record number of circuit court judges.
