The United States Secret Service has been under increased scrutiny since the July 13 assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump which occurred at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, where they were supposed to be protecting him. Their solution, according to the latest reports, is not to step up security measures but to urge Trump to stop holding outdoor rallies.

No. The Biden-Harris administration, including Attorney General Merrick Garland and DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, must spend the necessary resources to ensure Trump is fully protected at all of his events. That is their job. If they can’t do it, step down,” Mike Davis, president of the Article III Project, argued.
